Supermood raises €5 million for its SaaS solution to measure and improve workplace engagement

18 Sep, 2020
Supermood has completed a €5 million financing round led by Brighteye Ventures, Educapital and Citizen Capital, with participation from historical investors Alven Capital and 50 Partners, as well as Francis Nappez (CTO of Blablacar).

Founded in 2015, Supermood has developed a solution that allows executives and HR professionals to measure and improve employee engagement and well-being. Through regular, anonymous surveys, the solution identifies real-time strengths and weaknesses within companies.

As a rapidly growing start-up, Supermood has collected over 3 million data points from employees and has a team of more than 20 experts, including specialists in data science and analysis, social psychology, and HR communication and transformation.

Currently, 150 French companies trust Supermood, and with this funding, the company aims to expand its platform and move into new European markets.

Brighteye Ventures is a European edtech venture capital fund, Educapital focuses on investing in education and training companies, and Citizen Capital is a French impact investment firm. Alven Capital is a venture capital firm that invests in digital technology companies, and 50 Partners is a seed fund that invests in European start-ups.

Supermood's funding round is a testament to the growing importance of employee engagement and well-being in the workplace. With increasing competition for talent and a greater emphasis on work-life balance, companies are turning to innovative solutions like Supermood to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
