A graduate of KEDGE Business School in audit and corporate finance, Benjamin has extensive expertise in the operational management of accounting and financial teams. He assists companies with a variety of transition management issues. He leads and accompanies numerous investment funds and companies in their acquisition audits and due diligences.

Benjamin is a long-time member of the French Tech and Digital ecosystem, he is a board member of France Digitale and the French Tech Grand Paris, and a mentor of many incubator programs. He joined and became Managing Partner of 2CFinance in 2013.

Jeanne dispose d’une solide expertise en conseil comptable et financier, avec une spécialisation dans les domaines du reporting, de la modélisation financière et de la prévision de trésorerie. Elle intervient dans des secteurs variés tels que les nouvelles technologies, les services, le retail et le SaaS.

Elle accompagne les startups dans leur structuration et leur développement, notamment en préparation ou à la suite d’une levée de fonds, leur permettant ainsi de poser des bases solides pour leur croissance.

Graduated from Paris Business School with a Master in Audit, Jacques joined his first audit firm for two years before continuing his career at EY for 5 years. He was responsible for a portfolio of industrial groups and new technology companies. He also participated in Transaction Services assignments (IPO and financial due diligence). Jacques also developed a knowledge of the real estate sector following a 3-year experience within an Asset Management group.

Diplômée de Kedge Business School en 2006, Marie-Estelle cumule 16 ans d’expérience en finance. Elle débute chez KPMG en audit externe avant de rejoindre IMERYS, où elle accompagne les directions dans des missions stratégiques et opérationnelles. Experte en mise en place de processus performants, elle sait s’adapter à des contextes variés. Depuis 2021, elle est DAF à temps partagé chez 2CFinance, où elle intervient dans des secteurs tels que les services, la tech et le SaaS.

Diplômé d’un Master 2 en Contrôle, Comptabilité et Audit (CCA) de l’Université de Montpellier, Vincent dispose de plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans les domaines de la finance, de l’audit et de l’expertise comptable. Aujourd’hui Manager chez 2CFinance, il accompagne les entreprises dans leurs phases stratégiques grâce à son expertise en direction financière externalisée, du reporting budgétaire au pilotage de trésorerie en passant par les KPI clés de votre business. Avec un parcours débuté dans l’audit, il a développé des compétences solides en gestion des opérations financières, optimisations budgétaires et structuration organisationnelle.

A graduate of Kedge Business School, Thomas began his career in auditing at Mazars as a manager and then founded and directed a consulting firm in business creation and management. These experiences allow him to benefit from a strong expertise in accounting, legal and financial issues that fast growing companies face.

Diplômée d’un master Audit & Conseil à l’ESCE International Business School et également titulaire d’un Bachelor en comptabilité et finance de la HWR Berlin, Anne-Victoire possède une expertise solide en audit financier, avec plus de 8 ans d’expérience chez RSM France. Elle est actuellement DAF Part-time chez 2CFinance, où elle accompagne les entreprises dans leur stratégie financière et leur gestion opérationnelle, notamment lors de levées de fonds, d’acquisitions et de restructurations.

Diplômé de l’Institut Mines-Télécom Business School et de l’Université Paris-Dauphine, Anthony a débuté sa carrière dans le private equity avant de rejoindre EY, où il a acquis une solide expérience en audit financier pendant 7 ans. Il a ensuite occupé le poste de directeur comptable adjoint du groupe Mediaco avant de devenir CFO part-time chez 2CFinance, où il accompagne des entreprises sur des missions de direction financière déléguée et de conseil en transaction.

A graduate of ESCP, Natacha has a solid experience of the Finance function from an operational, organizational and strategic point of view and has developed an expertise in fast-growing companies specialized in new technologies, in international contexts.

Vincent Hugounenc worked for ten years in an audit and accounting firm. He has acquired a solid experience in financial auditing and in assisting companies with transition management, internal control, and production of consolidated accounts. Vincent joined 2CFinance in 2016 and is in charge of the development of the Aix-Marseille office since 2018.

After spending 4 years as an auditor at Mazars, Benjamin, a graduate of Kedge Business School, joined the Econocom group. There he successively held positions in internal audit, management control and commercial functions. He has been in charge of the Nantes 2CFinance office since his arrival in 2019.

A graduate of SKEMA Business School, Julien started his career in Transaction Services at BDO where he spent 6 years. Julien then launched a start-up that he developed for two years before joining 2CFinance in 2018.

Diplômé de l’ISC Paris, d’expertise comptable et de commissariat aux comptes, Cyril commence sa carrière en audit chez KPMG en 2014, d’abord auprès de PME, puis de grands comptes industriels en France et à l’étranger. En 2018, il rejoint Eight Advisory où il accompagne des entreprises en difficulté dans leur retournement. Il crée ensuite le bureau parisien d’un cabinet d’expertise comptable et de conseil avant de rejoindre 2CFinance en 2021.

After a first experience in Audit at Deloitte, Pauline, a graduate of ESSEC, joined an investment bank to initiate equity transactions (M&A, Debt Capital Market, bank financing, sale of premises).
Pauline then developed a solid expertise in management control within an industrial group, before joining 2CFinance in 2017.

A graduate of ESSEC Business School, Anthony Barbey first worked for various financial consulting firms and then joined Deloitte for 8 years before becoming a partner at Time for the Planet. He benefits from a solid experience in financial auditing and in helping companies define their business model and establish financial forecasts. Anthony joined 2CFinance in 2022, in charge of the new Business Modeling department. He is also the author of Lean Spreadsheets, a book on financial modelling.

Diplômée en Comptabilité et en Droit des Affaires (Université Catholique de Lille), Stéphanie possède une expertise solide en finance et comptabilité. Après des débuts en cabinet d’expertise-comptable, elle intègre plusieurs directions financières, développant des compétences variées. En 2023, elle rejoint 2CFinance pour accompagner les entreprises avec son savoir-faire.

Hugues started his career at EY, mainly in auditing, but also in financial management support. He then worked for a group as a consolidator and performance manager, before joining 2CFinance in 2019.

A graduate of Kedge Business School, Delphine began her career in Audit at Mazars, mainly in the insurance and industry sectors. In 2017, she founded a company that she will leave after 2 years to join 2CFinance.

Pierre-François, who holds a Master’s degree in accounting and finance and a DSCG, began his career at Mazars before becoming the CFO of a joint venture between Aéroports de Paris and JCDecaux. He then specialized in supporting startups (image processing technologies and fintech), an experience that enabled him to quickly respond to the structuring needs of these high-potential entities. He joined 2CFinance in 2017.

Florence Buclet has extensive experience in administrative and financial management in a small to medium-sized company environment.
She manages teams aiming at automating processes to support management in its development and steering projects.
She also has a strong operational expertise in ERP implementation and control tools.

A graduate in auditing and finance from ESC Tours, Claire began her career as a consultant in financial consolidation in an accounting firm. She also held a position as Operations Director at Sowefund before joining 2CFinance in 2017.

 A graduate in accounting and auditing from the IAE in Nancy and a chartered accountant, Sophie began her career at RSM Paris. Since 2019, she has worked in the CFO department of 2CFinance.

Diplômé de SKEMA Business School (double diplôme) en 2018 et titulaire du Diplôme d’Expert-Comptable Suisse obtenu en 2022, Arthur possède une expertise approfondie en audit financier et en gestion financière.

Il débute sa carrière chez Deloitte Genève, où il exerce pendant 5 ans en tant qu’auditeur financier, développant une connaissance approfondie des enjeux internationaux et multiculturels.

Durant ses études, Arthur a enrichi son parcours avec des stages longs et une alternance en contrôle de gestion, consolidation et audit, en France et à l’étranger (Hong Kong, Luxembourg, Suisse).

En 2023, Arthur rejoint 2CFinance, où il évolue rapidement au poste de Consultant Senior, puis de Manager.

A graduate of TBS Education, Justine began her career as an auditor at PwC. She continued in consulting as an expert in financial risks, before joining 2CFinance in 2020.

After graduating from the Paris School of Business and the University of Wollongong, Mathias started his career at TotalEnergies to manage a cost reduction program before joining an accounting firm where he learned about the startup ecosystem. He joined 2CFinance in 2019.

A graduate of the ISG, Caroline acquired solid financial skills while working for large groups in France and abroad, mainly in the luxury sector. She then moved on to other sectors, assisting companies in the structuring phase before joining 2C Finance in the CFO division.

 A graduate of Chartered Accountancy and Montpellier Business School, Marie worked as a financial auditor at Mazars and then at KPMG for 8 years, before becoming the CFO of a start-up for 3 years. She has been working in the CFO department at 2CFinance since 2020.

A graduate of Kedge Business School, Aline first worked in Audit & Corporate Restructuring, before holding several financial positions in companies in Asia. After an experience as Finance Director in a luxury group, Aline joined 2CFinance.

En parallèle de son activité, il continue d’approfondir les sujets d’organisation de base de donnée, d’automatisation et de dashboarding. Il rejoint 2CFinance en 2023.

 Arthur is a graduate of the ESTP engineering school and has worked at EY and at Deloitte’s Restructuring department. Arthur has been working in the CFO department at 2CFinance since 2020 and has assisted more than fifteen companies in their structuring and growth.

Diplômée de l’Université Paris-Dauphine et de la Panthéon-Sorbonne, Marie-Bluette possède une expertise reconnue en contrôle de gestion et en pilotage financier.

Elle débute sa carrière en audit interne, avant de rejoindre Areva en tant que contrôleuse de gestion. En 2012, elle crée et met en place le service de contrôle de gestion chez Onepoint, puis prend la responsabilité du pilotage des frais généraux en tant que manager chez Generali, supervisant une équipe de 12 contrôleurs de gestion.

Marie-Bluette intègre 2CFinance en 2022, où elle intervient comme DAF à temps partagé et DAF de transition.

Romain débute sa carrière chez PwC en middle market, avant de devenir contrôleur financier chez Oscaro.com, puis chez Carizy.com, où il met en place la fonction Finance. Ce travail structurant contribue notamment à la cession de Carizy.com à un groupe automobile allemand.

Ce parcours varié lui confère une vision globale des enjeux financiers et stratégiques, particulièrement dans le contexte d’entreprises en forte croissance.

En 2021, Romain rejoint 2CFinance.

 After 4 years of experience at Mazars, Yves, a graduate of EM Lyon, held a position as management controller at the Française Des Jeux, then headed the Event & Voyages subsidiary of the same group before joining the Hopscotch group. He then joined 2CFinance in 2021.

A qualified chartered accountant, Martin began his career with Mazars. He subsequently held a key management position at Sendinblue before joining 2CFinance in 2022.

After obtaining a Master’s degree in corporate finance at ESSCA, Stéphanie joined KPMG where she specialized in the media and technology sector. Stéphanie then joined two high-growth startups as CFO, before joining 2CFinance in 2017.

After 5 years at PwC, Pierig, a graduate of Neoma Business School, held a position as financial controller at La Française Des Jeux, before becoming administrative and financial director of a shipping company. He then worked as an independent consultant for 5 years, carrying out consulting, support and training missions on various topics. He joined 2CFinance in 2021.

Diplômé en 2018 d’un Master en Comptabilité, Contrôle et Audit de l’Université Paris Dauphine, Aymeric commence sa carrière chez Chateauvieux-Conseil en tant que Consultant Immobilier. Il poursuit ensuite, pendant 2 ans, sur un poste d’Auditeur Financier chez Mazars puis rejoint la société Amaris Consulting en tant que Responsable Financier. Avant de nous rejoindre, il expérimente le métier de DAF Part-Time pendant 4 mois chez DigiDAF.

Diplômée en 2016 d’un master Contrôle Gouvernance & Stratégie à l’université de Paris Dauphine, Céline a commencé sa carrière en tant que Consultante chez KPMG durant 4 ans. Elle a ensuite rejoint Elveflow Microfluidics 2 ans à un poste de Responsable Financier Polyvalent.

Diplômée en 2017 d’un MBA Marketing, Emilie débute sa carrière sur un poste de Chargée de Projet Hors-Média et Marketing chez Mediatransports et poursuit ensuite en tant que Chargée de Production chez Tui. En 2020, elle rejoint l’Union Française de l’Electricité sur le poste de Coordinatrice des Services Généraux, RH et Comptabilité.

Diplômée d’une LLCE (Licence mention Langues, Littératures et Civilisations Etrangères et régionales) à l’université Sorbonne Nouvelle et d’une LEA (Licence en Langues Etrangères Appliquées) En 2010, elle rejoint la société Lynx Conseil en tant que Responsable des Ressources Humaines et en 2017, elle poursuit sa carrière chez Sopra Steria en tant que Chargée de Missions RH. Elle rejoint ensuite la société LBMB Notaire en 2019 sur le poste de Responsable des Ressources Humaines pour une durée de 4 ans.
