A graduate of KEDGE Business School in audit and corporate finance, Benjamin has extensive expertise in the operational management of accounting and financial teams. He assists companies with a variety of transition management issues. He leads and accompanies numerous investment funds and companies in their acquisition audits and due diligences.
Benjamin is a long-time member of the French Tech and Digital ecosystem, he is a board member of France Digitale and the French Tech Grand Paris, and a mentor of many incubator programs. He joined and became Managing Partner of 2CFinance in 2013.

Graduated from Paris Business School with a Master in Audit, Jacques joined his first audit firm for two years before continuing his career at EY for 5 years. He was responsible for a portfolio of industrial groups and new technology companies. He also participated in Transaction Services assignments (IPO and financial due diligence). Jacques also developed a knowledge of the real estate sector following a 3-year experience within an Asset Management group.

A graduate of Kedge Business School, Thomas began his career in auditing at Mazars as a manager and then founded and directed a consulting firm in business creation and management. These experiences allow him to benefit from a strong expertise in accounting, legal and financial issues that fast growing companies face.


A graduate of ESSEC Business School, Anthony Barbey first worked for various financial consulting firms and then joined Deloitte for 8 years before becoming a partner at Time for the Planet. He benefits from a solid experience in financial auditing and in helping companies define their business model and establish financial forecasts. Anthony joined 2CFinance in 2022, in charge of the new Business Modeling department. He is also the author of Lean Spreadsheets, a book on financial modelling.

After spending 4 years as an auditor at Mazars, Benjamin, a graduate of Kedge Business School, joined the Econocom group. There he successively held positions in internal audit, management control and commercial functions. He has been in charge of the Nantes 2CFinance office since his arrival in 2019.

Florence Buclet has extensive experience in administrative and financial management in a small to medium-sized company environment.
She manages teams aiming at automating processes to support management in its development and steering projects.
She also has a strong operational expertise in ERP implementation and control tools.

Vincent Hugounenc worked for ten years in an audit and accounting firm. He has acquired a solid experience in financial auditing and in assisting companies with transition management, internal control, and production of consolidated accounts. Vincent joined 2CFinance in 2016 and is in charge of the development of the Aix-Marseille office since 2018.


After a first experience in Audit at Deloitte, Pauline, a graduate of ESSEC, joined an investment bank to initiate equity transactions (M&A, Debt Capital Market, bank financing, sale of premises).
Pauline then developed a solid expertise in management control within an industrial group, before joining 2CFinance in 2017.










Pierre-François, who holds a Master’s degree in accounting and finance and a DSCG, began his career at Mazars before becoming the CFO of a joint venture between Aéroports de Paris and JCDecaux. He then specialized in supporting startups (image processing technologies and fintech), an experience that enabled him to quickly respond to the structuring needs of these high-potential entities. He joined 2CFinance in 2017.





After 5 years at PwC, Pierig, a graduate of Neoma Business School, held a position as financial controller at La Française Des Jeux, before becoming administrative and financial director of a shipping company. He then worked as an independent consultant for 5 years, carrying out consulting, support and training missions on various topics. He joined 2CFinance in 2021.
