Software publisher, D-AIM, raises 10 million euros

This Hauts-de-Seine-based company has developed a software that automates a large part of customer marketing thanks to artificial intelligence. This round of financing will allow the company to accelerate its international development.

French software editor D-AIM has raised €10m ($10.8m) to help expand its operations internationally. The funding round was led by Alliance Entreprendre, with participation from Swen Capital, Sofiouest and Omnes Capital. The firm's flagship product is an artificial intelligence-powered platform that automates a large part of customer marketing. The software, which was launched in January, allows businesses to deliver the right message to the right customer through the right channel. D-AIM CEO Stéphane Amarsy said the platform "redefines hyper-personalisation". The company has a Belgian accent, and has been present in Belgium for two years. It also has offices in Canada, Morocco and Tunisia, with international sales accounting for 52% of its annual revenue. D-AIM previously raised funds three years ago.

Since the launch of D-AIM in January, the platform has gained several customers. International sales already account for 52% of the company's annual revenue. The latest funding round will help accelerate the company's international development.
