Flexy and LeCiseau join forces to become Kiute, the French leader in beautyTech

25 Sep, 2020
The publisher of a beauty salon management solution and the hairdresser booking site merge under the name Kiute.

Flexy, a SaaS salon management software for beauty professionals, and LeCiseau, an online hair salon reservation platform, have joined forces to become Kiute, the French leader in the beautyTech industry.

Thanks to their strong and complementary expertise in the BeautyTech sector, the two companies decided to merge and leverage their combined strengths. LeCiseau's online platform boasts 250,000 monthly reservations for beauty and hair salons, with 10,000 partner salons (5,500 for beauty and 4,500 for hair) generating an additional turnover of €120 million annually. Flexy’s software is dedicated to meeting the needs of beauty professionals, and provides an innovative and efficient way to manage salon operations, including appointments, inventory, and customer data.

The merger will allow the newly-formed Kiute to accelerate its development in Europe and internationally, as well as to compete with Treatwell, another major player in the market. The French company aims to become a leading player in the global beautyTech industry by providing innovative solutions for beauty professionals, while also offering a user-friendly experience for customers.

The merger of Flexy and LeCiseau is an exciting development for the beautyTech industry, as it brings together two complementary companies with a shared vision to revolutionize the way salons operate and customers schedule appointments. With their combined expertise, Kiute is poised to make a significant impact on the industry and improve the customer experience for beauty and hair services worldwide.
