Founded in 2021 by Jean-Pierre Nadir, FairMoove has quickly established itself as a key player in responsible tourism and has just announced a €5.5 million funding round. For this funding round, the company received support from renowned investors such as Entrepreneur Invest, BPI France Investissement, the WMH Project Group, and notable business angels. FairMoove's historical investors, including Karot Capital, Voyageurs du Monde, and Tudigo, also participated in this operation.
FairMoove sells trips selected for their concrete and responsible commitments towards the planet and local populations. FairMoove stands out for its commitment to responsible tourism based on three essential values: ecology, ethics, and immersion. Their goal is to combine the travel experience with an ecological conscience, offering transparent information and hotel selections.
This funding round enables FairMoove to acquire Betterfly Tourism, specializing in supporting tourism professionals in their ecological transition, as well as Double Sens, a tour operator specialized in equitable and immersive travel experiences.
After acquiring Auxigène, a company specializing in group travel organization, FairMoove has recently expanded into the corporate, association, and community social and economic committees (CSE) market. Now, as a group, FairMoove offers a comprehensive solution covering hotels, tour operators, and B2C and B2B distribution channels.
Jacques Haccoun, Julien Solyjan, and Andreas Grillo from the Transaction Services unit of 2CFinance conducted the financial due diligence for Fairmoove as part of this funding round.
