<\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\nVincent Hugounenc<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nVincent began his career in 2006, at Baker Tilly, in the Audit and Advisory department. 10 years later, Vincent joined 2CFinance as a manager, becoming the 8th member of the team. With his background and training in auditing, Vincent had to quickly familiarize himself with the CFO profession which led him to develop a passion for entrepreneurs, regardless of their industry, history, or challenges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2018, Vincent moved to Aix Marseille to set up 2CFinance’s first regional office. The team now includes around ten Part-Time CFOs and covers the entirety of the South of France. He quickly connected with local players, regional partners, entrepreneurs, and investment funds based in the region. He pays particular attention to the human aspect of the job, whether in his day-to-day dealings with customers or with his team. “My adventure is that of the whole team. We’re completely in tune with the group and the company’s values, which makes things easier in terms of management”. Recently, 2CFinance announced that it was joining forces with 5 other entities to create 2CGroup; he sees this announcement as a real opportunity. He’s passionate about figures and a true entrepreneur, so time will tell what he has in store for the Marseille office, but we know that with Vincent, it’ll be straight to the point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Benjamin Boulesteix<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nBenjamin began his professional career with Mazars as a financial auditor. In 2008, he left France for personal reasons and spent 1 year in New Zealand with ANZ, an Australian banking group, as a financial analyst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once back in France in 2010, Benjamin joined Econocom for 5 years: the first three in Paris and the last two in Nantes. Alternately, he worked in internal audit, management control, and financial engineering. In 2018, he joined 2CFinance as an outsourced CFO and officially opened the Nantes office the following year, in which he very quickly realized the potential of the highly dynamic regional ecosystem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today, he has a staff of 7 and is closely following the Marseille model, which came beforehand. “There are still many chapters to be written, and we’ve put together an incredible team to meet our customers’ challenges. I’m looking forward to the next stages in 2CGroup’s development!” So it’s only natural that Benjamin sets the roadmap and priority actions for his office: continue to grow, raise the Group’s profile in the West region, contribute to the life of the local ecosystem, and attract new talent while preserving the positive atmosphere in the office… Benjamin, the intrapreneur out to conquer the West!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pauline Spriet\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nA graduate of ESSEC business school, Pauline began her career in 2009 at Deloitte as a financial auditor in the Middle Market department. 2 years later, she joined Natixis in M&A origination. She then spent 5 years at Guerlain as a management controller, working on different scopes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2018, Pauline joined 2CFinance’s CFO division. Drawing on her previous experience, she became passionate about supporting entrepreneurs in a wide variety of areas (fundraising, disposals, financing, new verticals), while working in the Paris office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2022, this Lille native returned to her hometown to open a new office, more than convinced of the potential of its highly dynamic economic fabric. Today, the Lille office has 5 employees and has no intention of stopping any time soon. “After 15 months, we’ve established links with the entire ecosystem and really enjoy working with our regional customers. Everything is in working order, and I’m looking forward to pursuing the great projects we’ve initiated with the team. The formation of 2CGroup offers us superb prospects for supporting entrepreneurs in the North of France in all of their strategic challenges. Lille confirms its position as a European metropolis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Julien Solyjan<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nJulien’s financial career began during a gap year, during which he discovered corporate finance, auditing, and transaction services, fields which he has remained passionate about to this day. Julien then embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure in the human resources sector, where he learned to overcome numerous setbacks before succeeding. In April 2018, Julien joined 2CFinance as the Transaction Services Manager, a division that, at the time, consisted of only 5 people. Today, the team now numbers almost 30 and carries out nearly 200 assignments a year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In becoming a partner, Julien sees the big picture, projects himself forward, and allows himself to follow his vision: to pursue growth while maintaining the group’s core values, benevolence, adaptability, and professionalism. “Here, we don’t just provide our expertise, we put ourselves in our customers’ shoes, we put ourselves in their place, and we act as we would for our own company”. He will actively participate in the structuring of his division, to give it the scope necessary to establish its expertise in the face of high-flying competitors. 2CFinance is taking its place in a market where only the best win the confidence of entrepreneurs. Julien has high ambitions and is ready to take up the fight with sharpened weapons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Julien Solyjan<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nJulien’s financial career began during a gap year, during which he discovered corporate finance, auditing, and transaction services, fields which he has remained passionate about to this day. Julien then embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure in the human resources sector, where he learned to overcome numerous setbacks before succeeding. In April 2018, Julien joined 2CFinance as the Transaction Services Manager, a division that, at the time, consisted of only 5 people. Today, the team now numbers almost 30 and carries out nearly 200 assignments a year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In becoming a partner, Julien sees the big picture, projects himself forward, and allows himself to follow his vision: to pursue growth while maintaining the group’s core values, benevolence, adaptability, and professionalism. “Here, we don’t just provide our expertise, we put ourselves in our customers’ shoes, we put ourselves in their place, and we act as we would for our own company”.
