Tous les grands groupes en sont conscients, mais se heurtent \u00e0 des silos. Notre r\u00f4le est de faciliter cette transition, via l&#8217;IA, sans changer les syst\u00e8mes d&#8217;information RH avec lesquels nous nous int\u00e9grons, et avec une solution imm\u00e9diatement adoptable. L\u2019entreprise en profite pour d\u00e9finir sa nouvelle vision : la gestion continue des comp\u00e9tences au service de la strat\u00e9gie d&#8217;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La due diligence financi\u00e8re, \u00e9tape cruciale avant le rachat d\u2019une entreprise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette op\u00e9ration, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/jacques-haccoun-87a95928\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jacques Haccoun<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/claire-jacinto-3a448298\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Claire Jacinto<\/a><\/strong> et <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/corentin-perez-93646ba7\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Corentin Perez<\/a><\/strong> de l\u2019\u00e9quipe Transaction Services de 2C Finance, ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une due diligence financi\u00e8re classique, comprenant : un examen des performances historiques, une analyse des actifs et des passifs de l&#8217;entreprise ainsi qu\u2019une dette financi\u00e8re nette ajust\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corentin Perez, consultant Senior, dit &#8220;Dans le cadre de cette op\u00e9ration, nous avons accompagn\u00e9 Neobrain dans la structuration de l&#8217;acquisition et des diff\u00e9rentes clauses d&#8217;ajustements de prix inh\u00e9rentes.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur travail, Neobrain a pu finaliser l\u2019acquisition strat\u00e9gique de Flashbrand en un peu moins d\u2019un mois, permettant \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise de capitaliser sur la v\u00e9locit\u00e9 de son d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denis Descause, fondateur de Flashbrand et d\u00e9sormais CPO de Neobrain, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : &#8220;La fusion de Flashbrand et de Neobrain donne naissance \u00e0 une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de solutions centr\u00e9es sur l&#8217;employ\u00e9 et renforc\u00e9es par l&#8217;intelligence artificielle.
