This initiative aims to offer useful gifts to the Earth by supporting associative projects with a strong ecological impact. 2CFinance is thus offering its employees a gift-donation to support one of the five selected associations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who is Captain Cause?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Captain Cause is a company launched in 2022 by Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Mazzella (founder of BlaBlaCar), Clara Pig\u00e9, Nathana\u00ebl Romano, Maxence Mathey and Georges Basdevant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The platform allows all companies to offer pre-financed donations to their stakeholders, such as customers, partners, and collaborators. Participants can then distribute these donations to the cause of their choice, such as impact projects or general interest associations working in the areas of environment, health, or social issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Its goal? To simplify and extend corporate philanthropy, a practice that is not widespread in France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Captain Cause thus aims to encourage solidarity and strengthen the social and environmental impact of companies. By offering a turnkey and user-friendly solution for companies wishing to engage in a responsible approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is Earth Day?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Earth Day is an awareness-raising day celebrated every year on April 22nd around the world. This day aims to draw attention to the environmental challenges facing our planet and to encourage actions to protect our environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earth Day was originally celebrated in the United States in 1970, then expanded to other countries to become a global awareness day. This day is now observed in more than 190 countries and is an opportunity for citizens, businesses, and governments to mobilize for the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This day is also an opportunity for governments, companies, and organizations to promote sustainable environmental policies and practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Our participation in the movement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of this initiative is to support associative projects with a strong ecological impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By pre-financing a gift-donation for each employee, we allow members of our teams to support a cause that is close to their heart in less than two minutes.
