It provides them with all the tools they need to manage their treasury, such as current accounts, loans, and means of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In June 2021, Memo Bank raised \u20ac13 million from Serena Capital. This funding will allow Memo Bank to consolidate its commercial launch and develop its range of services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serena Capital is a venture capital firm that invests in companies with high growth potential. The firm specializes in financial transactions and provides services such as private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and financial restructuring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, Memo Bank&#8217;s recent funding round is a significant milestone for the startup, allowing it to expand its services for SMEs and compete with traditional banks.
