The company has a network of nearly 10,000 beauty and wellness partners across more than 200 French cities, and manages 250,000 reservations per month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The acquisition makes Booksy the largest provider of beauty and wellness reservation software and business management tools in the world. As the new owner of Kiute, Booksy can take advantage of its all-in-one solution technology, which enables hair and beauty professionals to manage their salons and retain their customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This acquisition marks another milestone for Booksy, which has been expanding globally and recently raised $70 million in funding. The company, which was founded in Poland in 2014, now operates in more than 100 countries and has more than 15 million users worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kiute, founded in 2015, has become a leading player in the French beauty industry. The company&#8217;s founders, Na\u00ebl Hamameh and Jean de La Porte, have joined the Booksy team, along with Ilan Koskas, founder of Flexy Beauty.
