Founded in 2016 by Romain Ogiela, Quentin Maurice, and T\u00e9rence Delaye, Shipup’s solution enables e-commerce retailers to provide transparent, proactive, and branded post-purchase communication to customers. This ensures a seamless customer experience from purchase to delivery, protecting the retailer’s reputation and brand while also offering a unique and customizable customer experience to drive sales. With over 370 clients, including Carrefour, Leclerc, Yves Rocher, and Petit Bateau, Shipup is a leader in its field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This acquisition represents a strategic move for Global Blue to expand its RetailTech network. Shipup’s expertise in post-purchase communication and customer experience will complement Global Blue’s existing offering, which includes services such as tax-free shopping and dynamic currency conversion.
