The company&#8217;s AI-powered solutions provide clients with insights into employee engagement, well-being, and potential, enabling them to make data-driven decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wiserskills&#8217; solutions will be integrated into Neobrain&#8217;s offerings, which include a talent management platform and a skills assessment tool. This will enable Neobrain to expand its portfolio and offer a more comprehensive suite of products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neobrain was founded in 2018 and has since raised over \u20ac10 million in funding. Their clients include major corporations such as LVMH, Sanofi, and Total. Wiserskills, on the other hand, has raised \u20ac2.5 million in funding and has worked with clients such as Orange and Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The acquisition is a significant step for Neobrain in its efforts to become a major player in the HR tech sector.
