The acquisition includes Ideat&#8217;s Chinese and German license versions, which have a combined circulation of 66,130 copies, and The Good Life, which has a circulation of 39,481 copies. The deal was made for an undisclosed amount, but Ideat Editions had a revenue of \u20ac10 million in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\/O Media, which owns titles such as T\u00eatu, Opera Magazine, and Lyrik, is a media group created by Albin Serviant. The group is known for producing high-value content and has a revenue of nearly \u20ac5 million. The acquisition of Ideat Editions is a strategic move for I\/O Media to further strengthen its portfolio of publications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ideat Editions was founded in 1999 by Laurent Blanc with the support of investment firm PH3. The media group has a strong reputation for publishing high-quality content in the design and lifestyle space. The acquisition by I\/O Media will allow for further growth and expansion of Ideat&#8217;s publications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This acquisition is the latest in a series of consolidations in the media industry, as companies look to build scale and reach in the face of increasing competition.
